Bruce Wood has over 20 years experience developing retail, office, industrial and mixed use
projects in the Portland Metro Area. Upon graduating from Harvard Business School, Bruce began his career with the Trammell Crow Company developing industrial and flex office projects. From 1992 - 1997 Bruce worked for Harsch Investment and in 1997 he opened the Portland office of Opus Northwest. While at Opus he developed several projects, including the mixed-use retail project Bridgeport Village. After successfully completing Bridgeport Village, Bruce founded his own company, Foundation Real Estate Development. Since opening its doors in 2005, Foundation has been recognized as a leading development firm in the Portland Metro area. Bruce is on the faculty at Portland State University and a founding board member of the Portland State University Center for Real Estate Studies.
